First of all, thank you for your order!
We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible once an order has been placed. We ship Monday - Friday from 9am-4pm (CST), except holidays. Once an order is placed it begins processing the following business day, including those orders placed on holidays and weekends. Our typical processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. We will inspect each product to ensure it’s in brand-new condition before packaging, unfortunately we do not accept returns or refunds!
Cancellation of order
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before the item is processed. Once it has shipped, contact our customer service immediately, there’s a 5% fee applies to cancellations to cover credit card processing costs.
